The Reality of Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management (HRM), An Applied Study on Teaching Members at the Higher Institute of Computer and Business Administration in Zarqa
The objective of the current study is to identify the reality of the use of artificial intelligence in human resource management, its obstacles and application requirements from the point of view of working faculty members. We used the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as a tool that was distributed to a sample of (50) faculty members. The results revealed that the use of artificial intelligence in human resources management at the Higher Institute of Computer and Business Administration in Zarqa, Egypt, obtained a total arithmetic mean of (2.85 out of 5), that is, with a moderate degree. Obstacles to the use of artificial intelligence in human resources management obtained a total arithmetic mean of (3.67), which is highly significant. The requirements for using artificial intelligence in human resource management obtained a total arithmetic mean of (3.74). That is, to a large extent, based on the results of the study, we recommended the need to provide the technical infrastructure and financial allocations necessary for the use of artificial intelligence in the institute with the provision of trainers specialized in artificial intelligence and the dissemination of the culture of artificial intelligence among individuals, And conduct more studies on this subject.
